Today
I ran 3 miles for the first time in ages and it felt great. Boyfriend and I got free VIP passes to the Armory Art Show just because another couple wanted to pass on their good luck. We ate amazing food, got Easter candy and topped the day off by buying a banjo from a bartender. Why am I depressed and anxious all the time again…?

Called my doctor, I officially DO NOT have temporal arteritis. Thank god. I also don’t have any thyroid problems or anemia. But I most likely do have TMJ, which is annoying but not life-threatening.

My Life Without Anxiety Meds experiment has failed.
I just had the worst panic attack I’ve ever had. I know the trigger and I know the route it took, and according to my therapist that’s progress, but it feels unbearable.
